Welcome to my Lighting Fixture Workshop!

A 3.5-hour workshop in which we meet, disconnect from the demanding everyday life, enter a meditative state of creation and learn how to turn an ornamental pumpkin into a beautiful lampshade that brings soft and natural light into the house.
In the workshop we will learn what an ornamental pumpkin is, how to use dermal (an electric drill for delicate jobs), clean and perforate the pumpkin, inlay stones and beads and paint it in a way that preserves the texture. The workshops will take place in Maayan Zvi in ​​a pleasant and air-conditioned artists’ complex with a coffee and tea corner and a 5-minute drive from the sea.
The workshop is limited to age 12 and is suitable for anyone who wants to learn a new skill and delve deeper into the world of pumpkins and art, or for couples, families and friends who want to spend special quality time together or celebrate an event in a fun and new way!

* Children under the age of 12 are welcome to join in the painting and painting activity on the pumpkin.
