The tour will be led by guide Aviel Idan, who has been conducting culinary tours in Jerusalem for years, and in light of his wife and daughter’s sensitivity to gluten, he researched the subject in depth.

Note: Since there is no sterile gluten-free store, we have reached an understanding and agreement with the store owners to maintain maximum care: the frying / baking / cooking is done in separate and clean dishes without any fear of gluten. We do our best to provide a healthy and careful culinary experience for the celiac community.
